How do I obtain a key to the pool?
Contact the Pool Committee Chair and request a new key.
How do I register to have access the restricted portions of this site?
If you do not already have your login as a new neighbor, or you have lost your login, please e-mail admin@carriagepark.org and request that your login be sent to you.
Logins will only be provided to homeowners in Carriage Park in good standing.
This login will allow you to view your personal neighborhood profile as well as view the complete Neighborhood Directory.
When are neighborhood dues payable?
- The neighborhood dues are payable on or before the last day in February. The current Association fees are $950.
- These fees can be paid all at once or in an installment plan. There is a $50.00 fee for using the installment plan. The installment plan consists of three payments due on the last day in February, April, and June.
- Checks may be made payable Carriage Park Community Association and may be mailed to PO Box 71822; Marietta, GA 30007-1822.
Who do I contact to have my high school/college child’s name on the Graduation Banner?
The Social Committee will be coordinating the design and printing of the Graduation Banners. You can request that your son/daughter be added to the banner by sending an e-mail to socialcommittee@carriagepark.org with your graduate’s name and school from which they are graduating. If there is enough room on the banner, we will also add the college they will be attending if they are a High School graduate.
What do I do if I am selling my house?
When there is a pending sale of a residence, please provide the association Treasurer with the following information: closing attorney’s name, telephone and fax number. The Treasurer will contact the attorney’s office directly to provide the association dues information. If there is no closing attorney, please contact the Treasurer to obtain the necessary information.
Does the Neighborhood Association have a ladder available for use?
Yes, please contact the Clubhouse Chairperson to borrow a 14’ step ladder available for resident use.
