Clubhouse
In 2010, the Clubhouse received a significant renovation. In the main Clubhouse area, new carpeting was installed and all new furniture was purchased. A large high-top table with seating for eight was purchased and a high-definition television was installed above the fireplace. Currently, the Clubhouse is equipped with the U-Verse U-100 channel package.
The women’s restroom was completely updated, the kitchen was made larger and all appliances (refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, sink) were replaced with newer models. A bar area was increased to accommodate parties more easily.
Clubhouse rental for homeowners is available for just $100 and a separate $100 security deposit. It is the responsibility of the resident to clean the Clubhouse as outlined in the cleaning list posted in the kitchen.
The Clubhouse has been rented for many team parties, birthday parties, and other private events. Please check the calendar to make sure the Clubhouse is available for your event.
For questions related to the clubhouse email the Clubhouse Chair.
