Clubhouse

The Carriage Park clubhouse was renovated in 2022 with new flooring, fresh paint, tables, and seating around the fireplace. Further updates in 2024 added lighting, ceiling fans, rugs, and a refrigerator.

Homeowners use the clubhouse for team parties, birthdays, meetings, and other private events. A rental includes the clubhouse and back deck. Tennis court access is separate.

Clubhouse guidelines

These are the main rules for use of the clubhouse. Review the rental agreement before scheduling a private event.

  1. Use is limited to community events and resident-sponsored activities; retail sales are not permitted.
  2. Reserve the clubhouse in advance through the Clubhouse Committee. Community functions receive scheduling priority, with signed private reservations honored.
  3. Events must end by 1:00 a.m. After 11:00 p.m., activities must move indoors with doors and windows closed.
  4. Children need adult supervision. Wet swimsuits and pets are not allowed inside the clubhouse.
  5. Residents are responsible for cleanup, removing decorations and trash, and any damage. Follow the cleaning checklist posted in the kitchen.
  6. Turn off lights and fans when leaving and set the thermostat as directed in the clubhouse rules.
