Tennis Courts

Court rules

The courts are for tennis only. Please help care for them and give all residents fair access.

1. Court hours are 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Turn the lights off by 11:00 p.m.
2. Children under 10 need supervision from a parent or member age 16 or older. Children who are not playing should stay off the courts.
3. Wear regulation tennis shoes and proper tennis attire. Black-soled street shoes, running shoes, and swimwear are not allowed.
4. Keep food, glass, pets, bicycles, skateboards, and roller skates outside the fenced courts.
5. Clean up balls, cans, and other belongings after play. Lock the gate when leaving if no resident remains.
6. A nonresident may play only when accompanied by a Carriage Park member. Do not lend court or pool keys to nonresidents.
7. Residents in good standing may reserve court time up to two days ahead. One reservation per resident per day is allowed; singles play is limited to 90 minutes and doubles to two hours.
8. Arrive within 10 minutes of a reservation's start time or the court may be used by another player. Cancel reservations you cannot use.

League and team scheduling has additional requirements. Contact the Tennis Committee before starting or scheduling a team.
