How do I get a key to the pool?

Email the Pool Committee Chair to request a key.

How do I get help with my homeowner login?

If you are a new neighbor or need help accessing your account, contact admin@carriagepark.org.

When are neighborhood dues payable?

Dues are payable by the last day of February. Annual association dues are $1,050.

An installment option adds a $50 fee and divides payment into three installments due at the end of February, April, and June.

Checks can be mailed to Carriage Park Community Association, PO Box 71822, Marietta, GA 30007-1822. Zelle payments can be sent to treasurer@carriagepark.org.

How can my graduate be included on the graduation banner?

Email socialcommittee@carriagepark.org with your graduate's name and school. The Social Committee coordinates the banner and may include college plans if space allows.

What should I do when selling my house?

Send the closing attorney's name, phone number, and fax number to treasurer@carriagepark.org. The Treasurer can provide association dues information for the closing.

Can I borrow the association's ladder?

The association has a 14-foot step ladder for resident use. Contact the Clubhouse Chair to arrange to borrow it.
